Low-dose spironolactone

Anyone in here ever ran 25mg on a daily basis? The effects of spiro on androgen receptors, progesterone receptors and steroidogenic enzymes are supposedly dose-dependent and become significant at like 100mg. MtF transgenders on Twitter say 25mg doesn’t do shit in terms of feminizing.

Infinitely cheaper than Eplerenone, has a longer half-life and double the affinity for the mineralocorticoid receptor mg for mg. Could be good specially for roiders.

If you are on gear it’s probably fine but I wouldn’t do it if natty.

I just take 25-50mg eplerenone a day though.

prtty sure eple is dirt chirp at these doses anyway so i dont see much reason to abandon it.
