LOW EFFORT UC RESULTS UC CELS GTFIH

The left side is the after the right is my beginning, keep in mind I have gone up 4lbs since the before and just finished a UC session so I’m inflamed

These are the only photos I want to post rn since I’m not done with UC, I am not cheek biting or trying to angle fraud if u think there is a difference cool if not i don’t care.

7 sessions so far 5/10 on intensity, 5-6m each side with a 40khz freyra machine

seen ur other thread and if ur lymph nodes are swollen post UC sesh or post gua sha after a recent sesh it should be working (based on Anton)

? Confused wym, I was trying to say the fat draining from your face will swell your lymph nodes I get that almost everytime

I get zero sides from UC, no ringing, no hearing loss or vibrational aches in teeth. I don’t see a reason to not do it
