I'm on a 800 cal deficit and this is week 4, I literally had pussy available today but just wasn't feeling it. I'm extremely tired 24/7 and the gym is horrible, low energy, weak lifts, and cold 24/7

That's just embarrassing, up your Cals to a 550 calories deficit that still puts u on a 0.5kg a week deficit. Whatre ur macros like?

I can relate w the pussy thing but if ur that dead tired from a 800 cal deficit it’s prolly much higher than 800 cal. I’m on like a 1k-700 cal deficit and it’s not that horrible.

2075 cals, 120 protein, 280 carbs and around 55 grams of fat

Like 2-3 weeks now, the lower belly fat is pretty stubborn so that’s what I’m trying to get rid of. For now I’m just seeing better definition and my lower abs coming in which were non existent before

What would you say you are 14% bf? what's the goal? and 2000 calories is probably already a 500-calorie deficit unless you walk or are active alot, maybe you're getting too lean for your genetics', some people sit more comfortably at a higher body fat% and your bodys fighting back, me personally if i was in your shoes id do a maintenance week 1(2500 calories averaged)-week deficit week 2 (1900-2000 calories daily) cycle. Youre already lean and youre not prepping for a competition so i see no reason why you can't slow the cut down.

I wanna be at 9-10% and I'm pretty active and the goal is to be leaner before school starts and then slowly up it back to maintenance I'm going to try that tho.

Fats are covered, I usually lean towards the higher end instead of more carbs. Also I get it mostly from animal sources
