I have low energy through most of the day, i sleep long hours and even go for naps but still feel drowsy most of the time. I did my bloodwork and the only thing that was low was Vitamin D. Drinking coffee or energy drinks doesn't help, any help?

Did u get ur test and e2 checked? Just because it's not below the reference range doesn't mean you will feel good at that level.

i dont wanna be that guy who just diagnoses people with bullshit but it could be depression

i dont recommend anti depressants if it is though, everyone i know irl who took or takes them has an awful experience
