I heard eppley does temporal reduction + zygo shaving. How much shaving would be possible? I think i need 7mm at least. 3.5mm from each side

Don't wanna waste time on much explaining... If you shave down the zygomas the splanchnocranium in comparison to the NC will appear small (aka light bulb head)
I know low es ratio hurts so you wanna find some cope but that's not it, try eyebrowmaxing, ht, tripod osteotomy, or if it's severe and you got balls actually go for OBO, reducing bonemass in a crucial area is never the way to go
