0.43 is alright. But don't ever expect to get hired for modelling though. Anything lower than 0.42 is bad though.

ideal is 0.45-0.47

Yeah, it looks bad. I have the same es ratio but my ipd is 59 or 60 mm. Try grooming eyebrows to 'curve them down' so they fill more space It will make your eye area appear wider. Clooney and Ian do it. If you are a fiveheadcel (like me) you may try a fringe or (ideally) hairline transplant to make your ipd to forehead length to ratio higher.
