I’m 18 years old and it seems my free testosterone is borderline low/out of range.
Here are the rest of my values:
I don’t think any of my levels are low enough to be put on trt by a doctor, but I also don’t know if I could do any more naturally to increase my free testosterone or optimize my levels. I eat high protein, high carb, I lift heavy 3 days a week, I wrestle 4 days a week, I supplement with zinc, D3, magnesium, fish oils, and I sleep 7-8 hours a night. Of course no drinking. I do feel that I have low libido and difficulty putting on muscle mass. Any advice on what I should do?
