Low FWHR and compact midface

Going to be getting various surgeries over the next view months to improve my features and harmony. I am considering getting zygo implants with eppley but I am not sure if it is worth it. My fwhr is 1.8, but my face does not appear long as I have a more compact midface (1.08) and ideal facial thirds. Is it even worth it atp to do it? Technically severely hurts my harmony and it will be one of my only facial flaws post surgery. I do not want to look unnatural and botched.

ur midface is compact, so zygos won’t “fix” anything, they’ll just make u look wider for no reason
Do your core surgeries first
Zygos are accessory-tier, not mandatory. Don’t botch yourself chasing ratios
