Yes. Apart from the acne, you already look good and if you really are 15, you still have even more development.

Obviously get rid of the acne. Eyebrows are a bit sparse so make them denser and maybe dye them since they're a bit light coloured.

Good keep using castor oil.

Height is mainly influenced by genetics ie your parents not growth hormone so I think sprinting is a bit of a meme but you might as well keep doing it if there's a small chance of it having any impact.

It is a bit recessed. Its projection should be at the level of your lip protrusion or slightly past but your chin is still normal since it protrudes past the nasion. It's just that an ideal chin protrudes at the same level as your lips or slightly more.
