Low hyoid / water retention / bf% ?

Please someone help me identify the issue and fix it
I'm ~160 lbs., 6'0 height
I drink a good amount of water every day go to the gym often move around a lot during the day
This wasn't an issue just over a year ago, appeared when I made it a habit to start mewing (incorrectly) and I think that's why it appeared—goes away when I mew
I think i'm skinny fat though which i'm working on improving
Chin tucks haven't been helping and I think i've been doing them with good form and definitely consistently (day and night)
Working on neck curls
I think i'm just unlucky and got a mix of everything bloating facial fat low hyoid cuz mewing doesn't fix the million folds on my face when i lay down
Taking away my motivation to live
Help me out please thanks
