Low Inhib Maxing

Go to an MMA/Kickboxing/Boxing gym. It doesn't really matter which one you choose. What matters is learning how to fight and developing a deep inner confidence from it.

In no particular order:

1. Develop actual functional conditioning.
Listen you can run all day, but if you're not used to using your body in a grappling or stiking environment, you'll fucking gas.

2. Develop deep confidence.
It's not about being able to beat every guy up, because spoiler alert even when you're trained you will still have problems with big athletic guys. You're stacking the deck in your favor though. Now anyway when you have thrown thousands of punches and rolled against thousands of different opponents you just have a different energy then guys who don't.

3. Be able to actually protect yourself and your family/friends to the best of your ability.

4. Test Increase. Very few things will increase your testosterone more then hanging around and competing against High T men in a combat scenario day after day.

5. It's actually really fun to develop and it's a marathon not a sprint. You're likely not trying to be a professional fighter so enjoy the journey because you can truly train for decades.

learning how to fight will increase ur low inhib ness and going to the gym if your 6'0+ and well built you will not be messed with

too bad I can't gymmaxx

Title doesn't fit content, it's actualy about MMA-maxxing, not low-inhib maxxing.
 
To be low inhib just stop caring about insignificant things
