Ever since i talked about the voice in your head that make u high inhib been practicing on it the moment i think i js instantly shut it and i have become much more low inhib if my face didnt blew up previously i wouldve approached personally it works for me so yall try it

it's the opposite for me. the more active my inner voices are, the less high inhib i am. if i shut off the voice completely, i overanalyze every piece of my environment and can hear & see everything around me
