idk the science behind it but being really tired stunts ur cognition and since a lot of people on this forum are above 100IQ they are more high inhib cuz its normal to be when ur smart, and so being tired just brings u back down to normie levels or more

Same thing happens for me. I'm autistic so maybe it has something to do with that. But when I'm tired I have a hard time keeping my thoughts in my head
