So everyone knows that going below 15% body fat leads to decrease in psl due to lack of upper eye fat


the solution: get buccal fat removal for the illusion of hollow cheeks of 10% body fat, whilst maintaining eye area

12-15% is good. Unless you have top tier facial genetics (which benefit from even lower body fats like 8-10%) that's a good range to stay in year round for a lean face and good dating app photos.

If you have an average face aesthetically you may look too gaunt, old and sickly below 12% so that's not always a good idea.

You can get a good idea with comparing yourself to pictures if you’re not dieting at all you’re probably around 35%
