Having a mom that can’t properly communicate and instead resorts to yelling and acting like a little kid is absolutely rage fuel. What makes it even worse is that she always brings this negative attitude with her. Almost always she comes home and begins being negative, she can’t even ask me favors in a normal and calm manner neither. She always resorts to this weird ass smug negative attitude with unnecessary filler instead of just asking “hey can you do this?”,

Sometimes when I observe other parents I just start feeling envious

Exact same brother, I think it's cause of menopause. Let me know if she was the same when you were younger because I don't remember my mother being like this always. Menopause really messes them up.
