High IQ is a mutation a lot of the time so it's not necessarily over. Like do you honestly think The Highest IQ people in the world were the result of Two High IQ people breeding together? Sadly High IQ individuals rarely breed, and when they do it's typically with Lower IQ than them.

also if you are a child from low iq biological family adopted by a high iq household, as soon as you leave the household and begin to "create your own environment" you undo all the hard work the adoptive family did and get back into low iq habits.
