When I hear those words coming out from someone mouth I can only see that their IQ is lower than 100. Of course normal people dont go around analyzing people faces but they receive through their eyes an input from ratios of this person and classify them. For example:

"Ohhh I love your blue eyes and your eyebrows"

"Mmh I think blue eyes dont suit you"

"I want a nerdy BF"

"I think those pair of glasses doesnt suit you"
