You need a trainer/coach for everything

Personal trainers jobs only exist because people are lazy. Like figure it out on your own fag stop shoveling money to somebody for something you can easily figure out. You’re paying somebody to boss you around who probably doesn’t even know what’s best

The Smartest ppl I know are self taught.

They have the right instincts to guide them on ther journey so self education in order to become great,however,bright people can learn even faster with a good master;no doubt about that.

Why would you ever need a personal trainer when youtube exists I don't get it. And most of the time they give horrible or very mediocre advice from what I've heard
