Low risk surgeries/procedures that will ascend people?

Hi,

What cosmetic procedure/surgery do you think will ascend people or increase the PSL that have lower risks to health/longevity?There are obviously surgeries like limb lengthening, eye colour change surgery or like jaw surgeries but they all have high health risks. For example, with LL you might not even be able to walk/run like you used to and with eye colour change surgery there are risks of vision loss, etc. With jaw surgery, there is the risk of getting botched or having nerves damage for the rest of the life.

So which hardmaxxing or surgeries/cosmetic procedures are low risk but high reward in terms of PSL? I was thinking about getting fillers, but they fucking migrate too so does that mean that surgeries/cosmetic procedures will all f u up and make u look uncanny?

What are your thoughts? I'm like 20 and I think at my age, no softmaxxing or hormones will actually ascend me and give me the results im looking for.

dnr but based off title heres my thoughts.

rhino: reasonable price, high success rate, a lot of people would benefit.

fillers are fear mongered, depending on where you have them done they wont migrate much.

also all of this depends on your flaws but filler can fix a general range of issues, and everyone could use a rhino lets be honest.

To be honest my jawline isnt cooked and I dont have major flaws but I was looking for a bit more bone mass and definition and I also have black eye brows and dark brown black eyes so I was looking to also change my eye colour to level up the eye area

Fat graft,so many issues can be fixed for only around 1k in eastern/south europe,is worth it for 99% of people,low risk,permanent,good results

they're best for eye area:
-canthal tilt
-pfl
-orbital volume

to get a decent results for jaw you'd have to use a lot of fat screw threads and they'd hurt like shit

I have heard of that. The only risk with that is that asu get older like in the 30s and 40s u might have to put some fat back on because u lost a lot of fat in the face and etc.I saw one surgeon explain that

Thats not related to the surgery,youll lose fat no matter what,atleast with the fat graft youll have more than you otherwise would,just not as much as when you got it

If you have no major flaws, the only thing that will improve your psl significantly is maximising facial leanness. Consider getting to 10-12% body fat, fat dissolvers (done by a professional) and improving your diet and lifestyle to minimise water retention.
