Not really I had low self esteem even @ 6’4” I was acting beta as fuck. Low self esteem is a shitty view of yourself and you don’t really know how you stand so you let everyone else’s opinion of you hurt you. People who have high self esteem already know all their flaws, already have addressed them, know their actual value, and nothing bothers them because they KNOW deep inside that they are high value.

low self esteem comes from low status, not just looks IMO

I guess that’s true. All I know is I had low self esteem because I didn’t have any friends or family or anything at all. I was just a 19 year old virgin outcast. I’m changing that now but it had a MASSIVE impact on me under pressure. When I was in boot camp I was constantly depressed, constantly nervous, constantly questioning my own worth compared to the people around me. I’m good now because I realized after all of it that I’m exactly the same as everyone else. I’m just as smart, just as a capable. I had a sort of belief from bullying as a subhuman and my horrible abusive parents that I truly wasn’t worth shit.

I’m real fucking smart and have a worth ethic like a retarded brain dead slave and now I know my worth. When people insult me it’s nothing I haven’t heard before. I know I look good. I know I’m tall, I know I’m smart and capable. So there’s not much to be said.
