It's a sub human trait that can be used to assess someone's overall genetic make up but not solely on it's own. If a person has low set cheekbones in conjuction with other features that are averagely developed at best, in such cases it signals underlining cranial deformities that can affect breathing when sleeping, exercising etc. It's over if you don't have high set cheekbones.
