You know nothing about eyes you haven't had as many eye surgeries, and haven't dedicated the years of research i have into the subject so you have absolutely no right to an opinion on the matter.
you compare ballou (who has a good eye area) to someone like opry who made more brown fat stores a more square orbital box wall with deeper-set infra orbitals and better coloring it's not even a comparison
ideally you need both, positively tilted brows, and low set supercilium declivity

for example look here at opry who ascends with a slightly stronger tilt he gets more masculine percieved dominance, and looks more aggressive over all.

comparing to the before picture where he looks more docile, straight brows aren't a death sentence, but they aren't ideal. maybe if you actually researched physiognomy, and how the eyebrows play a part in determining expression you would know this, but obviously not.

Ideally, you want them to be 8-15 as this is the most attractive range where they don't look too angry, nor too docile.
