Most people talk about stressing over anything, especially their cuck jobs and i just find that so gay . Why stress and lose your hair / collagen over a dumb wage cuck job that means nothing when you die , i apply this with everything in life .

Low cortisol , low stress maxxing is key for eternal youth and mental heath

It goes beyond the human brain , you can grind , wage slave without being stressed . It’s mainly a big mindset switch , but once you master it then you have full control of your mind which is something most people dont have

Its like you have your brain on autopilot simultaneously while working. Just like continuous sex with a foid but never getting attached or catching feelings.

low cortisol is everything and the best way to manage it is to control your mind and try to relax your body and mind as much as possible

I work a stressful job but my cortisol is almost always low, when I get agitated it seems like Im wasting so much energy, trying to please others, more agressive and focused on competition, end of the day I just wanna sleep but If I relax and try to do the job as light as possible I perform better without worrying what others will think of me, I save a ton of energy and at the end of the day I go to the gym, thats where I give 100% but in a calm way like your body is giving 100% but the mind is calm instead of agitated

Also you stop worrying about so much useless stuff when your cortisol is low
