You are lucky i am %23 bodyfat and my sleep schedule is very bad i dont train consistent and i got 780ish ng/dl test ( i was %18 bf when i did the test) still over for my subhuman body fat percent

My sleep schedule isn’t the best , I go to sleep at the same time at 12-1 but always make sure to sleep a shit ton

I have to start going to bed way earlier for school
