Low t, what to expect

I've always had low t. Im 17 now and wonder if regulating my testosterone will have any impact on my face and cock or is it too late.

What is your lifestyle like? Genetics obviously have a role in the production of your prenatal testosterone as well as pubertal, although the environment has a fair effect on testosterone synthesis.
