Low test during puberty

How much does low test during puberty cause with development? i suspect this because i have no browridge at 17 and also a very feminine nose and im fat as fuck (cutting rn) My bloods for my test is in 2 weeks and is it already too late to hop on test at this stage? i still dont have a very deep voice and my facial hair is like pubes

It makes fuck all difference wether you came back with 1000ng/dl or 400ng/dl Test levels. It is simply a waste of hGH unless you are pushing gear.

You still didnt answer my question, at 17 even if i had low test how much has it effected my development and since im still in puberty if i hop on will i see beneficial changes in terms of facial development?

Yes, i plan to hop on anyways soon but my main question was how much of my development would be stalled from low test during puberty?
