First of all, This is complete rage bait, But ill give you the benefit of the doubt.
Considering you are NATTY, What is test mostly effected by? Not enough Fat's and Nutrients, You mentioned you was VEGAN. Yeah this is a no no since we get almost all our fat's and nutrients from animal based products.

50NG/DL is not average for your size/age, I was obese at 15 with 300ng/dl what was considered extremely low. At your age you should have around 200-500ng/dl of test. You are dangerously close to being a female.

Try eating a normal clean diet(dairy, meat and fruit no veg) and taking enclomiphene at 12.5mg every morning for 4 month's straight.
