Low trust vs high trust. Which is better for life overall?

I am aware low trust is better for short term flings. But what is better for life IN GENERAL? I include life outside relationships and sex: friends, family, etc.

I notice high trust people have an easier time socializing, but they aren't taken too seriously compared to low trust looking people.

Thoughts on this?

High trust is better for general life and you are very easy to approach or chat with too. Your alway's almost garunteed to initate as a low trust person. If your good looking though with low trust face then you can have dark triad appeal to niche women who are into the night stalker niche.

High trust people are actually taken seriously once getting to know them which is you already passed but for confrontation's or agurement's they don't appear as a threat unless they mentally are one.

Low trust is associated with height too btw the taller you are above the average height (5"10) then you will be seen as a thread by most male's but liked by a lot of female's

DP is so comically low trust people call him a school shooter. So if course he doesn't do that well as a fish, borderline unapproachable.
But one can only imagine how much presence he's got irl considering he's also very tall and naturally wide.
Tldr, low trust is better irl or for warm approach, but not online.
For general life HT is obviously better.
