65 kg for 5'9 aint that low+ ur bodyfat cant be 20% in one place and 15 in another. U have a consistent bf% all over

Low muscle mass mby.

Only thing u can do is lose weight/build muscle if u feel like u need it

Lose weight, or Recomp (lose fat while building muscle) to stay a similar weight. 65kg is still quite heavy.

immediately change diet, hit the gym, LEARN PROPER FORM from the get go, 10k steps a day minimum + 20-30 minutes of stairmaster. You'll recomp/lean down quite nicely

haha, to me 55kg (ignore post weight) isnt really heavy since like 2 of my ribs are visible and my doctor did say i need to put on some more weight

Each to there own I weigh about 50kg and would consider myself fat (For my composition).

Being able to see your ribs is normal if your not overweigh and dont train your obliques.

The only thing you can really do about it though if you feel you dont want to lose weight is to replace the fat with muscle.

Thats not true. Some hold more fat in the stomach and some hold more in the legs.
Said nothing against distribution genetics, but bf is still an overall thing
