Lower 3rd

I'm seeking out advice I want to be able to go outside and not worry about how awful my lower 3rd looks I have asked many people including Ehren himself they have all said my eyes are very similar but my lower 3rd is holding me back I have a quite narrow jaw I am willing to do anything I just want to be beautiful and want to achieve a certain look only then do I think I will be truly happy please reply with any advice on how to grow my lower 3rd
