Unfortunately the Dr told me my eye bags weren't bad enough to have the fat removed.

It would've resulted in more of a hollow look due to my subhuman tear troughs :feelswhy:

Therefore lower blepharoplasty is off my ascension plan

Revision (Eye Area)

I'm now left with lower eyelid retraction, canthoplexy, canthoplasty, & infraoribital implants.

How should I go about it now? I'm trying to achieve something like this below

Since I dont know what your eye area looks like rn there's very little I can say.

Except for that I'm sceptical you really need all these listed surgeries. Seems a little excessive somehow

I'm pretty sure lower lid retraction would be fine right?

Lower Bleph & Lower Lid are basically one in the same, but lower lid is normally a follow up to a lower bleph.

Wouldn't you still have the hollowness after?

Or does the tightening of the tendon w/ retraction stretch the skin & "cover up" the hollowness?

It really depends, some do, some don't.

It generally does, but it seems bone recession impacts results.

Maybe do OD b4 LLR?

Orbital Decompression.

Under Eye Hollows are super common in people with large orbitals.
Fuck .. that shit looks scary tbh lol

I doubt I’d even get approved since it’s more for patients with extreme bulging eyes

lower lid retraction should get you covered. and depending on how tight the surgeon does the lower lid it will cover up your under-eye hollowness too, as it will stretch the thicker skin from your cheeks onto your orbitals
