Which is better for under eye hollowness and eye bags? Why would you choose one over the other?

lower blepharoplasty only really is for oldcels who have sagging skin

assuming the undereye hollowness and eyebags aren’t caused by thin skin/lack of fat then you should get implants to address the bone deficiency IMO

you should be able to feel prominent bone on your undereye and malar region

notice how how he has tear troughs but has full bone support around his eyes

he has long orbitals due to down grown maxilla if it was up a bit more he would have the best eye area in the world

his maxilla isn't recessed its just down grown causing his infraorbitals to go down, making sclera show and tear troughs
