Basically I figured out how to actually kill Cortisol Levels: Watch Paul.
Paul

Paul is the best movie of all time, and it's a comedy, so if you enjoy it and laugh you boost serotonin levels. Paul is really just peak Fiction, I've watched it like 12 times. It's so absurd and bizarre that you can be distracted from any problems that have you stressed.

The movie is also just really good. There's a lot of niche references like Paul asking for Reece's Pieces at the gas station, because that's what was used to draw out E.T.

Also that one boy in that Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan story "The Heavy-Bottled Lunch Box" where the family always meets under the full moon to avoid being killed by fate.
