Lower Eye Retraction even if you have no scerel show?

like would it make your eyes too vertically narrow? if so, can you get upper eye fat grafting to prevent that assuming you have a lil upper eye lid exposure, would that even it out kinda?

I would fuck up myself with lower eyelid retraction since my vertical eye lenght is like Alessandro Dellisola on this pic but point is that i dont even squint.

Lower eyelid retraction is done on droopy eyelids. You can have droopy eyelids with no scleral show. So check if your eyelids are droopy. If not, I don’t see why you’d want to waste potentially 10k depending on where you get it from for an extremely minimal, if at all, improvement.

You have upper eyelid exposure but it’s not much to warrant surgery and so I don’t think you need to. It’s up to you. The surgery may slightly improve it but it’s about cost vs reward. Upper eyelid surgery does not remove upper eyelid exposure but rather reduces it a bit. Before the surgery, you can test using eye drops whether or not the result makes enough of a difference for you to want to pay.

thanks, I guess ill get my upper eye lids operated on since even a small improvement is worth it when it comes to eye area.

Out of curiosity, do you believe I would have to go to a top tier pricey surgeon to get lower eye lid retraction done? or does it not matter.
