Lower eyelid exposure and under eye support

I have poor under eye support as well as under eyelid exposure. If I were to under eye fillers or fat grafts would the lower eyelid exposure reduce?

YEAH. i have same problem only in one side of my eyes.. but i usually hide it with concealer.

I have the same asymmetry and it's not visible irl... Literally anyone that i ask about it tells me that they never see it irl until they see my photos
