lower eyelid retracion vs uee fillers to make eye narrower

I heard lower eyelid retracion will lift up lower eyelid and make it seem narrower however less uee also makes my seem narrower and brings up my lower eyelid a bit while relaxing my eye without uee piling out. Which one is worth it for big eyes? i have barely any sclera show very less but uee i do.
