Lower eyelid

So I have a decent medical canthus but it doesn’t matter because my lower eyelid curves down in a U shape is there anyway to straighten my lower eyelid to maximize my medical canthus? First image is mine second is an example

I have the same shit as you, its js genetics. But, you might be able to fix it with a little fat grafting to under eyelid but I'd be careful. Your eye area is alr good looking though so its negligeable.
