It is not that easy to only do cww with bsso, your occlusal plane wouldn't align if you only do that.

He should ask a ortho and see what he says, it's sad that many people have a good le fort 1 maxilla but reccesed jaw, i myself suffer from this and bimax is a must if i want a cww rotation.

Surgeon said on consultation I might look like a monkey if we do bimax especially with a lot of forward movement. Soon I will get braces and after that the surgeon will decide which one he thinks is the better choice. BSSO would also be a lot cheaper

It's better to listen to your surgeon tbh, he knows the best, but you can always consult more to see what is their opinion, i do agree with the bsso though, but with Cww rotation it will be hard to make your bite right, looking forward for your case tbh, good luck.

I don't think you'd look like a monkey. he's probably talking about your philtrum but idk

yes it will make a difference in making you poorer and giving you facial numbness but when it comes to looks ull be the same ugly loser or even more deformed and get depression
