Has anyone widened their jaw without the use of testosterone? I don’t mean achieve more bone mass, I literally mean expanding your lower jaw, I know damn well i can’t bone smash multiple mm into my lower jaw, that’s just not possible

Age?
Theoretically, subtle appositional growth is possible even in adults, but I’ve never seen any real results.

Some time ago, I came across a study where adult HIV patients were given over 20 IU of HGH daily, and even then, the bone changes were minimal.

Gene expression in AR-mediated pathways is extremely limited in adults when it comes to bone development, not a single mm of bone growth could be achieved unfortunately. HGH would grow the whole head, not just the mandible or what users desire on here.

I’m 15, I don’t think all my plates are sealed because of how much wider my face got after getting braces in october 2024, it’s been months and my pallet has probably expanded 7+, it used to be really bad. I just want a wider lower jaw now and unrecessed maxilla without true hard maxing

At 15, subtle skeletal changes are still happening in the mandible.
The average bigonial bone breadth for Caucasians is around 10-10.5 cm, while for South Koreans it is 10.2 cm, and for Indians 9.6 cm.

I doubt your mandible is actually narrow. Most who complain, are simply too young and carry to much buccal fat still.
I have seen pictures of men with 11.5cm bigonial bone breadth, and their jaw still looked narrow due to a lack of projection and excessive "baby fat".

Agreed, Steiner will lead the counter attack.

I know but at the same time I can kind of see through the bucal fat and slight inflammation and it still looks extremely narrow, and my chin was stupidly narrow before i bone smashed it, is bigonial length measures from the neck? like the corner of the jaw to the other corner?

From Gonion to Gonion yes. You would most likely need a CT-scan, though- for maximum accuracy.
