Lower jaw

I have a slightly sloping chin, but my jaw line is well defined and my cheekbones are prominent. How do I push my lower jaw forward?

I'm 17 years old and 178 cm tall.

You look like you might have a class 2 malloclusion but I'm not entirely sure from that pic alone. You should get an x-ray at an orthodontist, and if your ortho says everything looks good then a Sliding genioplasty + ramus angle enhancement will ascend you so hard

Oh no, the upper teeth don't stick out and there are no gaps between the upper and lower teeth.
