I also will soon have Bimax and Wraparound jaw implant so consider wider nose and unproprtionally narrow mouth

I definitely dont have 1.6 lower to upper lip ratio and 1.6 mouth to nose ratio

I have the same issue. You need jaw surgery to fix it. Lip reduction will look uncanny, especially after jaw surgery, and lip fillers will look gay.

Fuller lip isn't the issue. His lower lip just protrudes too far forward. Both his lips are fetal alcohol syndrome tier.

Yes, move the upper jaw forward and correct any sort of compensation orthodontics that maybe be flaring his lip forward. That's the issue in my case. I have some nasty incisor inclination to compensate for an underbite and it causes my lower lip to flare out. I need braces + jaw surgery to fix it. It looks disgusting.

Most lip issues are due to jaw misalignment.

But many are also not there's many guys with strong jaw and thin lips

Theoretically, you can put retinols on the lower lip to get rid of some of the fat. But, I don't know of anyone who has done it.
