Lower orbital fat pad removal

Yo wsp guys, does anybody know how to get rid of excess lower orbital fat pads? (The fat in your eyebag region)

From certain angles there is literally a cushion of fat under my eyes

I’d feel lucky to have under eye support like that, any pics? Just based off the description I don’t see how that’s a bad thing but I could be wrong considering there’s no visual

From the photo I provided I have SOOF, do Yk a way to get rid of it? It’s not really a support looking thing, it looks more like a bump from the side
