lower the eyebrows with filler ?

but i saw that they weaken the frontalis muscle , is it the right thing to do for the best aesthetic outcome ?
i want to lower them very slightly like when you pull the skin of your forehead downwards and it makes your eyebrows sag a lil bit

do you think it will look uncanny if after lowering them , i do a lateral cantho that lifts the outer part of the brow ?

depends on so many variables. need to see your eyes and I'm not a specialist.

The cosmetic surgeon I had been going to for reverse brow lifts actually suggested fillers to lower the eyebrows. He said it takes a lot of filler tho and I suppose it doesn't look good. The only methods I know of to lower your eyebrows permanently are surgery (there are different ways to achieve this) or brow ridge implants. Eyebrow transplants might work too. There's probably a high chance of a poor cosmetic outcome, especially because it's such a rare request and not performed very often
