Lower third chadification surgery

Im looking for a surgical method for increasing binoginal width and lower third vertical and lateral projection.
I think they managed something similar here. Couldnt find a front short tho.

Apart from the genio, did this guy do an angular osteotomy with a downward movement cause no impants here?
