Lower third help PLS

Im 15 and i have a horrible lower third, someone please tell me any advice im willing to do anything.

Surgery if your willing to do anything but you also have time sense your 15 so maybe it’ll change a little but if not you’ll need surgery to fix it also nice eye area man looks great
