What would be the best chirurgy to lengthen my lower third by around 1cm ?

why not create a method yourself since ure a scientist? if u can make adult men grow 20cm past their potential then a cm in ur lower third should be no problem.

Yes, it might be used to do so in the futur, i am not waiting 20 years for it to be possible ( targeted bone growth in the face and growing legs is a whole different story )

how exactly is it different? u make the bones in ur legs grow longer and thats the same basis u apply on ur lower third. use ur special scientist methods and make it grow 5 cm ABOVE ur genetic potential. no point in just growing 1cm right? why 1 when u can do 5
