I have a good eye area and hair too (had a transplant). I was considering rhino but i guess the big nose is not the problem, could it be the jaw?

A genio alone would improve chin and mandible length (only slightly still noticeable though) if you don't or can't get bimax. You have to remember that your own skull proportions set a limit on how much longer you can make your mandible, see warrior skull vs wimp skull for example
