longer by how many % is ideal? Say, top and mid length is 6 cm then bottom should be max 10% longer? i.e. 6.6 cm?

yes but not too long. having a chin too tall can actually break your harmony. your facial thirds should still come close to being the same length to be aesthetic, but if anything it's better to have a longer lower third than having a shorter one

yes its like asking if being too tall is a failo. obviously if you are like 7 foot 4 you will look like shreks cousin but anything slightly above 6 foot or higher is a major halo. op is fishing for compliments.
