Lower third surgery questions

Ok. Feel like opening a new thread.

Usually is accepted that the lower third should be the easiest thing to fix thanks to bimax, genio, etc..
Now afaik these surgeries are good in case of retrusion and in case of the genioplasty to heightening the chin.

Now what are the option in case the lower third is little? Like not only the forward growth is missing but also a narrow lower jaw and chin gets along with it.

Are implants the only solutions? I still have to consult any surgeon about my possibilities but want to go there prepared

Implants but it still gonna look kinda retarded, short ramus and narrow bigonial is very hard to fix

Ramus is not bothering me. At worse i could ask for a chin whing (during the genioplasty) all the way back in order to achieve some ramus lengthening that luckily i think i could skip on
