First of all , you have to take into account every possible factor ( dismorphism , aesthetic , general preference , area of life )
i will include all the lower third ( jaw , chin , lips , philtrum ) and eye area ( browrodge , orbitals , lashes and eyebrows )
1- dismorphism :
while both jaw and eye can be dismorphic the jaw is definetly the most imposant in that regard , plus its trendy rn to have a nice "jawline" , so not only you will get attention from girls , a good jaw will also get you respect from men .

Note: Pretty boys are more prefered than dom men , especialy in the 18-25 age groupe ( so while a good jaw is nice to have , a pretty eye area is a must )
next we talk about aethetics of the face , in this regard eye area takes the lead as the most beautiful part of a male face , it is also rare to have a great eye area considering all the variables ( canthal tilt , ipd , pfl , browridge , orbitals , color , lashes and brows , medial canthus )
another thing to take into account is expressiveness , while lips can convey a lot of emotion they are no match for the eyes , a negative canthal tilt will make you look dumb and weak , upper eyelid exposure makes you look tired , very high ipd will make you look feminine etc ...
tom cruise for example has a very good eye area , it looks fierce , smart , dominant and assertive
but even a top tier eye area will not save you if you hard a very bad jaw
jaw is much easier to fix than eyes , but knowing most of you won't have any surgeries i wont talk about this point
with all that has been said , lower third is very important for a man but as long as it is average and not nonexistant eye area is king
you can be top tier with an average jaw and great eye area , but never with average eyes and top tier jaw ( with some exceptions ofc )
